Craig Millar
 

Born and educated in Dundee, Craig started his career with Crest Hotels in Buckinghamshire in the late 80's moving back north of the border 3 years later working around several restaurants and hotels before setting up a 13 year partnership with Tim Butler at The Seafood Restaurant St Monans and later St Andrews.

It was during this time when the pair won accolades such as SLTN Restaurant of the year, AA Seafood restaurant of the year, AA Restaurant of the year for Scotland, AA Wine list of the year, CIS Restaurant of the year, Scottish Restaurant Awards Speciality Restaurant of the year, both restaurants were also named Newcomer of the year by the Good Food Guide.

Craig was also named Seafood restaurant Chef of the Year, Taste of Scotland lamb challenge winner. St Monans has held 2 AA rosettes for 12 years and St Andrews 3 AA rosettes for 7 years.
