Main - Slow Cooked Beef Featherblade with butter poached carrots and pressed beef fat potatoes

Dessert - Vanilla Panna Cotta with rhubarb compote and almond and ginger biscuits

Available for collection from the restaurant, 10am-2pm, Saturday 13th March.
